This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with! First off all I realized how expensive their system is for what you get and now pay the same amount with Telus but get way more in view of hardware and security. Second when the technician came and changed the whole system he said I'm taking off your monitor so they will call you in a few minutes to ask if everything is ok, it took more than an hour before they phoned!!! Good thing it was not a burglary as the house would have been emptied. Before I changed over I did research online about their contract and it said 36 months which was ok for me as it was 3 years on Feb 2024. I did send them an email on the first of the month and then no response then another email on the 13th still nothing, so had to call today a week later to be told that I have to pay until Feb 2026 as I have a five year contract, when I said that their company and most companies for that matter is a 3 year contract she said well not yours it's 5 years! Told her how come I don't have a contract as they never gave me any paperwork and can't even get to my account online, she told me I can send you a copy of your contract and you'll see your signature is on it. But she didn't send it and if it's like the two emails I sent and never got back to me I guess I won't hold my breath! So in total that monitoring system will have cost me over $3000
