Great cleaning company! Anna always answers the phone and on average you can book a cleaning for the following day. Cleaners are typically early or on time.

Asmait does an excellent job and is really trustworthy.

I've been with Anna's for 3 years now for random (approximately monthly) cleaning of my condo. Anna is always flexible and responds outside of business hours if that is when I call (which is important to me). I generally pick whomever is available because I need specific evening hours. Everyone has been professional, diligent, on time, and speaks fine english. My instructions are always limited and am always happy with the cleaning that was done. Raquel has been my recent cleaner and I have have been requesting her when she is available. She's been great! I totally recommend her specifically.

I've been very happy with the service that this company provides. The people are always on time, they are quite meticulous and always pleasant. I've had no complaints in the year that I've been using them. Also, If I need to cancel or add a service they are very accommodating.

I have been using Anna for past nine years on and off. I find them very professional and last month I hired Vani one of her staff. Vani was amazing I didn't have to say much. She cleaned my kitchen so well. I would recommend anyone to use Anna's service as they are good and price is great.

Worst cleaning company ever! This is my very first experience with cleaning services. Cleaning lady showed up late (I late to my work because of her), did not bring enough cleaning supplies, wiped kitchen cabinets with dirty water, dirty stains left all over the kitchen floor, there was soap scum in the tub, left stand water in washroom floor. Not only vacuuming and dusting was done poorly with dirt everywhere, she also damaged my hardwood floor using floor steamer.
Customer Service was awful - the owner would not listen and contradicted herself over and over again - she did not believe that cleaning lady damaged my floor. In her eyes cleaning lady saying truth, who then saying not truth? She would believe me only if I would have video proof!!!
Be careful when you hire this company for cleaning services.

I had a good interaction with a professional cleaning service and was the only ones who would return my call on the weekend. I had a last-minute move out cleaning I needed and it was done very well. My landlord was completely happy with it too. There was a little mishap with a broken piece of the fridge but it was returned back in full within one week.

We hired this company to clean our bathrooms for sale let's just say we could have done a better job ourselves. They blew our $500 Dyson vacuum cleaner (something that's never happened before) and after insisting it wasn't them finally called a "technician" to check our vacuum. Without even looking at it the "technician" told us to throw our vacuum away. Then they tried to hustle us into to paying the man for wasting our time in addition to paying for them to dirty our home. We finally got it fixed ourselves but what a nightmare we just paid them just to get out of our house. They were sloppy dirty and nearly broke our things DONT HIRE THEM

We had a house move in service. To be honest, the house was quite clean before we move in, but we still need some cleaning for the bathrooms and kitchens, especially the kitchen ventilator. However, after three hours of two people's working, the ventilator is still greasy, even on the outside. They wiped the kitchen counter, but after they left, I used my finger to wipe the counter to test, my finger is black and covered with l dust. They must use dirty water yo clean the counter. The couter was even cleaner before they did anything. It is a empty house, nothing is in the kitchen at all. I did not see any progress of cleaness in thr kitchen.
