Anna's Housekeeping Services

I should have stopped using Anna's long before I did, but the price was good and I got used to cleaning up after them, finding the work half done, even coming home to see their housekeeper had a friend of theirs in my home (and not a second housekeeper). One time they did a really great job, and while that specific housekeeper (Amelia) was never available again, I kept hoping that another would be like her. None ever was, and so when they increased their rates, that was the last straw. I told the woman on the phone that I was hesitant to rebook at the higher price because the job isn't done well enough, and she said "well you take some time to think about it." and hung up. No time needed, thanks.
