This company deserves more than a 10 star rating. They did a terrific job of installing a number of blinds and shades in our house. When the Hunter Douglas blinds that I ordered didn't work properly Alex suggested motorized blinds and promptly replaced them for me. When there were issues with my Duettes, he came out immediately and had them repaired (twice!). But the icing on the cake was when I decided that I wanted my Silhouettes motorized and the company that I bought them from said it wasn't possible. Alex came to my rescue and 2 weeks later I had motorized shades! The attention to detail and the customer service that I received from this company is ...... you got it..... AMAZING!
