Alternative Creations

I am so disappointed with Alternative Creations. I make a point of buying local. I had this company install California Shutters in my home previously and was extremely pleased. Therefore, I had no reservations asking them to install Hunter Douglas blinds in my home. The initial measurements, quote and deposit was made in the summer of 2015, and re-measured in the early fall for accuracy. Due to a series of errors made by Alternative Creations, I am STILL WAITING for my new blinds to be installed and it is now the spring of 2016. I have contacted them countless times and wait days for a return call, which has caused me much stress as this purchase is a big investment for me. Worst of all, I felt that my patience and my trust and faith in the integrity of Alternative Creations was taken advantage of - a very poor customer experience.
