Alpine Roofing

In the spring of 2012, I had Alpine Roofing replace the roof on my home. Although they did a good job overall (minus the fact that they didn't clean up any of their waste), the workers did not seal a corner joint properly in the middle of the job and there was a rain storm that resulted in my bathroom ceiling being destroyed. They sent someone to "fix" the ceiling, and even though I said that the whole thing looked as though it needed to be replaced properly, they insisted it could be patched. Well, that patch did not even last two months and now I have a sagging ceiling and patchy cracking paint in my newly renovated bathroom. Since then, I have called them four times to take responsibility for the shoddy repair work they hired someone to do and to make it right, and I have yet to have someone call me back or fix this problem. Although the roof overall is fine, I would not recommmend this company to anyone due to this situation. Something that could have and should have been resolved months ago is yet to be resolved.

Update August 2013: I recently found out two additional items about Alpine Roofing from my neighbour. 1) They used her power without her, or my, permission while they were at the house. They never offered to compensate her nor did they address it when she asked them to stop. 2) They coated her car and yard with black dust and when she asked them to clean it they said they would and never got back to her. This is a shameful way to run a business. BEWARE.
