Great job with downstairs blinds. Very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and help make the right choice. Unfortunately there was a ripple in the first upstairs blinds we got so it had to go back to the manufacturer. All has been fixed and the blinds look great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great job with downstairs blinds. Very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and help make the right choice. Unfortunately there is a ripple (that seems to be a manufacturing issue?) in our upstairs blinds but after some conversations it seems there may have just been some miscommunications.I hope to change this review once the problem is fixed as I really love the blinds and all the service we had.
