The product was good, but I wish I ordered from another place, since all flooring companies have pretty much the same products and prices. The problem is their customer service and how they deal with issues. In my case, during delivery to the construction site, the delivery truck ran over the skid with limestone and had it broken. It caused a delay with the construction and I had to pay to replace a stone.
I was naïve and thought since it happened during delivery, then the company would pay for it, like any other normal company would do. But no. First, they just refused to pay, shifting responsibility to me and saying its my fault that everything wasnt completely prepared for the delivery. After I pointed out that it is a drivers job and responsibility to make sure the unloading process is safe and properly done, and if the driver didnt see a skid with stone (on the side of the driveway, leaving more than enough space to drive by!) it is definitely his mistake, the business stopped responding to my emails. I had to file a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but even after that they refused to pay the whole amount and offered me a small percentage, again trying to shift responsibility to me.
The complaint has been opened with BBB for a few months already, and the business just ignoring my requests to pay the whole amount. I would suggest staying away from this company and order somewhere else, where staff can admit and deal with their own mistakes, and where the customers satisfaction is a priority.
