The process began with a phone call to Jason at Allan Rug. I was able to select a carpet without going to the store. They have an excellent website and the gentleman who came to measure the area of carpet for replacement, brought carpet samples for selection. A date was chosen and a few days later the carpet was installed. The installers arrived on time, installed the carpet in a timely fashion and cleaned up before they departed. They did an excellent job. We have used Allan Rug in the past for a commercial installation and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Allan Rug.
