1. Company is decent, although they don't pickup their calls the customer service is friendly.
2. Technician came 3-4 hours earlier than scheduled, so we had to adjust our schedule last second
3. Technician showed up to my tenant's unit while my father was waiting downstairs and he wasn't picking up any calls.
4. He did the diagnosis without anyone seeing he did a diagnosis.
5. He was EXTREMELY rude when I spoke to him on the phone after and asked what was wrong with it and kept repeatedly saying "I'm not explaining it to you! These parts are broken! How are you going to pay me?" I regret paying him at all.
Company is okay but the technician needs to be fired ASAP.
