Outstanding workmanship and a very professional team! After interviewing 6 companies for this job we chose Algonquin Property Services. The job was to tear down a 19 year old fence and replace it with a new one.
Keifer (the foreman) and his crew did a fantastic job and 100% to our satisfaction. They liaised well with all three of my neighbours for required access to their yards. They cleaned up every evening prior to leaving the job site. They always arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. The coordination between Algonquins office, Jane and Keifer, met and surpassed our expectations when we had to make a modification to accommodate one of our neighbours. The cost for the completed project came in at approximately 6% below the other quotes we had received. From our experience, Alongonquin provides the kind of professionalism every customer would expect on fence building and we highly recommend them. These guys really do a fantastic job!

Algonquin's workmanship on my front lawn was excellent. The landscape was beautiful and indeed professionally done. Everything that was promised has been delivered, from the quality of work to the cleanliness of the area at the end of each day.

Right from the start, I was very impressed with the way Steve and Max assessed the work to be done. The plan and 3D-drawing that they have presented with different options stood out from the rest of the companies who have provided their quotes. Even though others have provided lower costs, I knew I wouldn"t regret my decision in selecting their team.

Aside from the work itself, Steve's team is very polite and pleasing to deal with. I will definitely reach out to him again for my backyard and I highly recommended them to everyone.

Our front patio was in rough shape, uneven and blocking the front door. Keifer and team came on time to start the work answered all our questions and completed the work with knowledge and were professional in how they worked .... thank you for a job well done .... now our front is open and inviting ... :)

I recently had Algonquin Property Services in Ajax do work at my home, and I was more than thrilled
with the results. My front steps were severely damaged, and I only had a small walkway. They came in and entirely transformed my front. They put in new steps and walkway, but what I loved the most was the apron in front of my garage that wraps around to a walkway going into my backyard. What a beautiful and professional job. Their staff was swift and efficient and left everything in good order.
I love the compliments from friends and neighbours. Steve did a fantastic job of designing.
I would highly recommend their work anytime.

They are an extremely reliable company always showing up on the intended day and time. For the past month I asked them to come a day or two earlier to keep ahead of the growth and dandelions . They have co-operated fully. Staff are courteous and pleasant. Our windows were cleaned this week and look beautiful !

We hired Algonquin to replace a fence and install sod in our backyard. They did a great job and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic. Thank you Max and crew for your hard work and for giving us a backyard our family can actually enjoy!!

The work was excellent, as was the finished product. The crew was knowledgeable, helpful, timely, hard working and efficient. The workmanship speaks highly of what Algonquin Property Services represents. The foreman(Keifer) was very instrumental in the outcome of the project as was the owners son Matt, with his visual representation of what things would look like upon completion. Keifer’s eye for detail made my wife and myself very appreciative of what we paid for. At the end of each day, the work area was clean and tidy with all tools and equipment tucked away so we could park in our driveway. That meant a lot to both of us. The cost was not cheap, but Steve Bell(owner) was straight forward in regards to cost from the get go. At the end of the project the cost was more than justified given the results and smiles on my wife as well as my own face. My wife and I would gladly recommend Algonquin Property Services to family and friends or anyone looking for a reputable company to do outdoor renovations for them in the future. Always remember though, you get what you pay for

I struck gold when I hired Algonquin landscaping. They have my total confidence and trust. Samantha and Laura took on miserable, weedy perennial gardens in my front and backyards. I have no grass. By the end of the first year, they had conquered the nasty weeds. The gardens looked gorgeous for the first time in years. I count on Algonquin to come for spring/fall clean up and as needed through the summer.

Algonquin has been doing work for us for over 10 years. We’ve been wanting to write a review for sometime as they deserve to be recognized for the quality of work that they do. They’ve done our landscaping, interlock, rock wall, trimming, planting, windows, eaves, and sprinkler system. They get things done on time and take pride in their work. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them!
