The work was excellent, as was the finished product. The crew was knowledgeable, helpful, timely, hard working and efficient. The workmanship speaks highly of what Algonquin Property Services represents. The foreman(Keifer) was very instrumental in the outcome of the project as was the owners son Matt, with his visual representation of what things would look like upon completion. Keifer’s eye for detail made my wife and myself very appreciative of what we paid for. At the end of each day, the work area was clean and tidy with all tools and equipment tucked away so we could park in our driveway. That meant a lot to both of us. The cost was not cheap, but Steve Bell(owner) was straight forward in regards to cost from the get go. At the end of the project the cost was more than justified given the results and smiles on my wife as well as my own face. My wife and I would gladly recommend Algonquin Property Services to family and friends or anyone looking for a reputable company to do outdoor renovations for them in the future. Always remember though, you get what you pay for
