Our furnace was not functional as of late Sunday evening February 11, 2007. I had requested an appointment with Airworks the following day anytime after 6:00 p.m.
I was expecting the service technician to arrive within a 4 hour window from 6:00 p.m. but he had come at 6:20 p.m.
The service technician's name was Chris. He was polite, investigated the problem thoroughly and fixed it quickly and confidently. He also provided tips for prevention in the future. He was unlike any other service technicians I have encountered over the course of owning our home.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris for his professionalism and Airworks for having him as an employee.
It is because of folks such as Chris and companies like Airworks that I can say I'm proud to be a Canadian.
