My wife and I are very happy with the recent installation of our fence. We were impressed with the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship of their work. Jim and his crew, Miles and Brian, provided friendly, professional service. We would gladly recommend their services to anyone. Interestingly, we had a nearby neighbour pay us a visit to comment on the quality of our new fence and wanted to know who had installed it as they too were impressed with their work.

AIM Cedar Works replaced my cedar fence in July 2021. Jim provided the estimate and was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me updated as to the install date. we were extremely pleased with Aim Cedar works for our new fence. Our lead installer Wade was hard working and personable, and took great pride in his work. Ours was a large job on difficult terrain. Were also really impressed with Jim contacting us proactively about the unprecedented lumber shortage, they somehow managed to get it done as expected despite this but very refreshing to have that level of communication. We had things fall through with another contractor, meeting Chris from Aims Cedar Works was a breath of fresh air! He not only had amazing ideas, he walked us through the process with an ease and confidence that was so refreshing and reassuring. Everyone on his crew were above and beyond. Their workmanship is absolutely amazing!

Our project included replacing an old deck with composite, increasing the size by a few feet, replacing the vinyl balcony, a window well cover and adding new (beautiful) rails throughout. They even helped us with decisions that would save us money and improve the project.

Every interaction with Chris and his team was exactly what they promised. When they say they will be there, they will be there. Communication was so easy and there was always a quick answer to any question we had.

We are satisfied with their service from assessment to installation. We got a detailed plan how the fence will be installed and it helped us to understand the procedure very well. The communication was very timely to set up an appointment, to get answers for our questions and for installation.

Jim was so confident he did not even ask for any advance payment. Price was decent, the Company's reputation is good and they are Cedar suppliers to Home Depot.

The crew Wade and Gord were fantastic, very professional. Simply leave them on their own, their work is exemplary, great finish, and clean up. Highly recommended.

Had to replace fence with neighbors on both sides. Total 150 feet with three gates. Jim made three house calls over a period of 4 months while I negotiated with all parties. Jim was always super professional, excellent knowledge and patient. Jim offered great suggestions to deal with existing garden beds and was always honest and above board on all details. The written quotation covers all the details, and contained fencing knowledge so that it was really easy to recommend the deal to my neighbors.

After receiving excellent service and quality product appropriately a year ago, replacing a fence and gate on the side of my property, I decided the fence at the back of my property needed to be replaced. I called Jim Brayfield, Fencing Division Manager, to get a quote for the job. Jim is a consummate professional. He is friendly, polite, approachable and honest with customers. He made himself available to assess the job that was convenient with my schedule, he was efficient, explained the quote and made sure I totally understood all aspects of the quote and the work to be completed. Their quote was more than competitive, with other companies. The crew that completed the removal and cleanup of the old fence and installation of the new fence (Miles & Brian) completed the job in approximately 6 hours. Miles had headed up the work on my previous fence replacement. His work ethic he’s remained outstanding. It is basically nothing is acceptable until it is perfect. They cleaned up after the work, leaving the site tidier than before they arrived. Their work was of the highest standard. The fencing material is of the highest standard. Even the office staff is pleasant and accommodating.
