Excellent Product & Service, AGAIN
After receiving excellent service and quality product appropriately a year ago, replacing a fence and gate on the side of my property, I decided the fence at the back of my property needed to be replaced. I called Jim Brayfield, Fencing Division Manager, to get a quote for the job. Jim is a consummate professional. He is friendly, polite, approachable and honest with customers. He made himself available to assess the job that was convenient with my schedule, he was efficient, explained the quote and made sure I totally understood all aspects of the quote and the work to be completed. Their quote was more than competitive, with other companies. The crew that completed the removal and cleanup of the old fence and installation of the new fence (Miles & Brian) completed the job in approximately 6 hours. Miles had headed up the work on my previous fence replacement. His work ethic he’s remained outstanding. It is basically nothing is acceptable until it is perfect. They cleaned up after the work, leaving the site tidier than before they arrived. Their work was of the highest standard. The fencing material is of the highest standard. Even the office staff is pleasant and accommodating.
