Bad Service and Business Model
Like many of the other reviewers, I was very disappointed by their service. Often the phone isn't answered and it is difficult to line up a service call, as they frequently cancel.
Their monthly fees amount to more than service cost as you can use the surplus to buy a new furnace or A/C. But they split the fee 50/50, so you can use only half of you accumulated surplus for either.
Also, they don't have a rental plan for new furnaces or A/Cs.
I do not recommend them.

It is disconcerting to hear your review. Advanced airs mission statement is to offer the highest level of service to our customers while achieving sustained growth and profitability. There is clearly an explanation as to the fees for an air conditioner being 50 percent and a furnace being 50 percent of the surplus of purchasing new equipment. The reason that we do not offer a rental program for a furnace or air conditioner is that it leaves a homeowner with a massive financial burden in paying upwards of 4 tines what the equipment would be to purchase outright , also in the event of selling a house the home owner is left trying to sell a house that does not have a furnace or air conditioner creating turmoil at the point of sale .
