Advance Hardwood Flooring Design

Would not reccomend. Poor service, horrible customer service which is only good for excuses, ok. installation. Gaps in jatoba(brazilian cherry hardwood) throughout, carpet installation mediocre with some errors, baseboards not great. After sales experience HORRIBLE. Translation issues.

The job lacked quality in the details.
The quoter over quoted the quanitity of wood required, and we ended up having a whole box left over, of which the company only took back half, and at half of the cost we paid. The colour of wood that the quoter recommended did not match our existing hardwood, causing us to make another extra trip to find another colour type.
The installers did not speak English, so commnicating with them was impossible. The sales person Ben was friendly but, very busy, so customer service was always rushed. When he said he would call to confirm, he did not call, I had to follow up with him and take initiative to determine installation times, delivery times etc. They left my house dirty, dusty, left all the boxes for us to dispose, and dents in my wall. Obvious gaps between boards, especially in the widths. Thresholds were not flush with existing flooring and the transition piece did not match the hardwood colour. I didn't mind paying more for what I thought was good quality, but this poor quality installation was not what I expected. The quarter round did not match our existing, it was too small. They refused to find a replacement that would match. Basically it was "take it or leave it". We decided not to have the mismatching quarter round installed but would not give us a reinbursement on the labour or on the materials.
In spite of our complaints, on the installation, the mismatching and unlevel threshold, the company was unwilling to give us any discount on our original price. I was very unhappy with the installation and would not recommend this company to others.

They put in the hardwood floor in our second floor bedrooms. The installation went very smoothly. The floor and installations looks a lot better than the hardwood floor the builder put in our main floor with no squeak or noise at all. We shop around a few places and they had the lowest price on the hardwood floor. Installation price is fair, a few contractor quoted us a lower installation cost but we decided to go with a store instead. Only complaint is the place was quite dusty after installation. The installer sweep and vaccumm the floor a bit but still leave the place quite dusty. The guy at the shop was very knowledable and helpful in helping us pick the hardwood floor too.

Loved Advance's job on my whole home! The flooring is flawless and was done quickly by friendly and knowledgeable workmen. I have had a ton of compliments on the work, and even had friends ask me for the contact information so that they could look into getting work done by Advance. I have no hesitation recommending them to friends. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Wood flooring better than carpet, Easy to clean. Nice job, good around the edges of room. During installation they made little mess, very clean. I found out later that maybe I could get Cheaper deal with another company. The flooring is done better than my sister's place. There is no noises when we walk on it.
