Roof repair and deck follow up
I don't usually post something like this, however, I am frustrated and have not had a response from Accord roofing.
Ricardo did a great job on a membrane under a deck for me done in July. I have no complaints about that work. However, their follow up has been terrible. Since July, it has started to buckle in a place. It probably just needs some sealant. NOT a big job.
Apparently, I have a warranty for the work. I have put 6 calls into Ricardo and at times I have spoken with him at others I have left messages. I have not had one call returned. I have had to continute to call. I have spoken with them to come by. Not once have they called to say when they are coming. It has now been over a month since my first call. It is now September, and water is getting underneath the area that is buckled. Where are they????
I'm sure they are busy, but I would like a response!
I am truly disappointed in this service. He was so great to work with initially and did good work, however, this follow-up is unfortunate. When will my roof be looked at?
(I have also referred him to my neighbour who weeks later is still waiting for a visit! They keep saying they are coming -and she hasn't heard from them!)

Dear Gregg, I am sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble with this matter. I am not in Toronto, I have been in Brazil for the past few weeks and not known that the matter has not been looked after by William. I will ask him to take priority on this matter.
