I'm a realtor working in Toronto for over 27 years. I've used Abso Lock's services MANY times over the years and have nothing but excellent service from them. Locks are the bane of our existence and Abso makes this easier for us. They've even been able to cut obscure keys which no one else could!

It was great that Jeff from Abso lock could come out and change our broken front door handle at 3:30 on Christmas Eve. We had asked for a brass door knob to replace the old one. He brought that with him but he said the silver door knob was sturdier and for $20 more he could put it in so we agreed to have a silver handle put on the door. Unfortunately he checked the car and didn't have one. He suggested he could put the brass handle on now and then come back after Xmas to put on the silver handle. But when the locksmith came back to the house he started to rage that he wasn't going to open the box for a new brass handle and then change it a few days later. Inexplicably he started screaming he didn't have to come out on Christmas Eve. I was frightened by his angry and aggressive behavior and asked him what was wrong. Then he screamed some more and said I don't need this and walked away in a huff. My husband insisted he put on the door handle and at least he did that but it was the most unprofessional behavior I had ever witnessed. Stay away!

Abso sent someone over right away who was cheerful and friendly and fixed the problem immediately. It wasn't a complicated job, as it turned out, but I was impressed with their professional, pleasant service.
