We have dealt with A1 for many years. Several years ago we investigated replacing our 30 year old air conditioner. While others were prepared to sell us a new one without question, the A1 rep pointed out that energy savings would not cover the cost, and it was better to stick with the old one. At 34 years, the old AC finally died. we got quotes from A1 and another well regarded company. A1 offered the most economical, high efficiency replacement, and we were pleased to go with A1.
We have been completely satisfied with our dealings with A1 over the years, and the sales approach and installation of our new air conditioner were excellent. We haven't hit summer yet to know if there will be any issues with the unit, but we are confident that A1 will be there to sort things out if needed. We highly recommend A1.
