A1 Windows

We first secured A1 Windows' service for the basement windows in our previous home back in 1999 when A1 was just starting out as a small family business. 20 years later, we needed to replace all the windows of our current house and A1 naturally came to mind as we had good memories of this company. Though its quote we got for the current project was not the lowest one, we liked its product, its warranty and its services, ranging from the office staff to the estimator Chris.

The crew headed by Bobby arrived within the established time frame on the day of installation, removed the old windows in our preferred order, installed the new ones immediately and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Bobby is extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. He paid lots of attention to details, such as shoe removal and cleaning up right after each job. Once everything was completed, he gave me a tour of all the new windows, showing me how to use them and sharing window maintenance and home renovation tips patiently and ungrudgingly. After they left, we found a couple of minor problems, and Bobby came back the next day to fix them. He is a great ambassador for A1 Windows and represents the company well. In a word, we are very pleased with our new windows and with Bobby and his team's work.

There was just one glitch about the scheduling. We booked 3 days off from work for installation as instructed. On the second day of installation, however, we got a phone call from the office as late as noon advising us that the crew could not come that day as promised.... That was very disappointing as we wasted one day's work for nothing.

Despite that episode, we are overall very satisfied with A1 Windows' service, the installation process and the value of their product. We have no reservations in recommending this company, as we will use it again in another 20 years....
