I got carpets in our four bedrooms upstairs cleaned and the service from Steam n Clean was impeccable! They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I even had a makeup spill they were able to get out of the carpet. They were so professional and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is my second time using Toronto Steam n Clean. I used them once before to have our ducts clean and this time, I used them to service an area rug. When I say my rug looked brand new, I mean it! Old stains from the kids spilling their drinks, food stains, pet hair and all the dirt in between is gone!! I was really afraid of getting this rug cleaned because it is a soft fibre rug and I was afraid that it would lose its softness or fluffiness after a wash but it didnt and its white as new !

They came on time, did an amazing job, and were reasonably priced compared to other companies. Happy to refer them to others based on my experience.

We didn't realize it was possible to completely reset our carpets to this state of cleanliness. They look and feel brand new. Will be getting this service done every year.

I needed a much loved expensive silk/wool area rug resized for a new room. They were very helpful- contacted me with photos of the rug after cleaning with their suggestion on the best approach to cutting (we decided to cut both sides to maintain a symmetrical pattern). Entire process- pick up, cutting, washing and delivery was very quick. Would recommend them again.

I called and lucky for me there was an opening the very next day. The team arrive on time and explained what I should do to ensure optimum drying opportunity. They were very helpful and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks like new.

I wanted to compliment steam n clean on a job well done. First I will say that the crew was amazing. Kind, friendly, professional. Its important ! We did have a small hiccup which is irrelevant except to say that a solution was given immediately and the issue was rectified without problem. All this to say that the customer service is top notch as well and I would recommend to anyone.
