Discovered this company at the homeshow and signed up to have them come and clean my chimney and dryer as I'd just bought a new house.
The person who showed up was within the hour timeframe I was given and the person was very polite and professional.
He told me that the dryer was really messy and he had to put in some extra time and make some minor repairs/replacements of some items (no extra cost incurred). He also cleaned the chimney and said it was in pretty good shape already. Finally, I had some concerns about potential spalling brick in the chimney but he advised that it was not at a point of concern. I appreciate the honest in regards to the chimney as opposed to pushing for what would be an expensive job fixing the bricks.
Very satisfied. Good Job. Will use again
