I have used Magic Touch for many years and am impressed every time with their extreme professionalism and efficient, competent execution. However, this time the service was so good that I felt inclined to write a review! The technician was not only extremely knowledgeable and resolved an unusual problem but also very articulate in communicating the explanation. He then offered a creative and cost-effective solution. He clearly had my best interests in mind and is a superb reflection on the company as a whole.
