Had a blocked vent with a second-story outlet in a difficult location. After reaching out to several other duct cleaning services without success, Reliable Dryer Vent was able to come the next day, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem, which was a frozen outlet flap. Highly professional. got the job done, would highly recommend for dryer vent work.
