This company performed consistently poorly. The project manager rarely returned calls promptly, was slow to rectify errors. We called into head office numerous times to clear the problems with the owner who, to her credit, acted quickly. However, the project that was started last spring remains unfinished. If you are expecting to be treated like a consumer and customer, go elsewhere. The quality of Lifetime's work was good but not worth the aggravation.
- Company Response
This job was supervised by a recently hired project manager whom I fired when it became clear he was not up to the job. At that point, I took over the project and acted quickly, as the reviewer states. The job started on March 29, 2006 and was completed on April 18, 2006.
When the reviewer states “the project that was started last spring remains unfinished”, that is not accurate. She is referring to a problem that arose when the weather turned cold in November of 2006, long after the job was completed. As far as I know, a staffing problem was addressed (by firing the project manger), the work was completed in a timely manner, the reviewer was satisfied with the quality of work, and all complaints were addressed to the customer’s satisfaction.
The only legitimate complaint is that a problem arose after the work was completed and couldn’t be addressed immediately because of cold weather.
