Kitchen Reno (Beware!) Stay Away
I contracted Harry at Empire Kitchen to renovate my Kitchen which I waited for 15 years to do. This was a devastating mistake, the trade men are all aprentice.

Countertop is uneven one side beside the stove off by 1&1/2 ins, Kitchen sink is not centered & has a big obvious gap, The cupboard moulding corners fit & finish is inferior. Base Board has gaps wide as 1/4 inces. Kitchen reno in August 2019, still waiting on Harry @ Empire Kitchen to come and inspect the job as promissed & still waiting as of November 24th after several emails, phone calls & text.
To be clear. We had to pay for the Kitchen in full before the job was completed. While the job was in process we got daily calls asking for Money.
As you can see pics of the cupboard already falling apart after a month. I am available to show this to anyone, so that you can make an informed décision before hiring Empire Kitchen. Don't make the mistake we made.

Hi, We appreciate client reviews and their feedback, We did small renovations for this client in 2013 and this year we did their upstairs kitchen renovation. They were happy with end results both of the times. The renovations have been completed from last 5 months. They did inspected and fully satisfied with our work, We have written proofs of all the documents and have their complete work pictures. Once client they demand for extra work for free of cost and when company asked for that extra work cost client starts blackmailing the company by putting these false information or sometimes fake reviews as they dont have any other option left over . When we finished completely they asked for extra work and they started screaming on us and want to fight and we believe in providing the satisfactory customer service and we dont believe in fights but client sometimes just want to take advantage . They never shared or disclose what they did for the company sometimes kept the moneys, dont release the payments as agreed etc. We welcome all the readers we have all the proofs to show that work is fully completed as per customer satisfaction, Dont trust on this review , client is trying to downgrade the goodwill of the company as they didn't get the extra work for free of cost. As a company we had a bad experience with them and we cant do much but Please be aware of these kind of clients in future.
