Last summer, we hired someone who came, installed a trap door and said they would be back to remove and repair. They never did this.
A new opening was made by a raccoon.
When Gates Wildlife Control arrived, the gentleman was professional and considerate of the current COVID-19 pandemic. He stayed at least 6 feet away from our door, and clearly communicated with us by either texting information he couldn't show us in person, and all transactions were completed at a distance. He was very knowledgeable and performed work above the quality of the person who did the same last year. He not only addressed the current issue, but also corrected the work from the other person. He will be returning in 2 days to remove the covers and one-way door, and fix the openings. So far, so good!
