We had a persistent leak in the roof which was finally dealt with. This lead to a few raccoon being trapped in the attic. They fell thru the patch of damaged dry wall.
Once Gate's knew it was an emergency, their technician, Tony was here quickly and removed the raccoon. However, that was not the end of it - two days later, we noticed signs of more animals in the home. I called Gate's and the front desk paged Tony right away. He came literally immediately and removed 4 more!
Tony was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Really grateful for his help.

Hello RL, thank you for binging to light a situation that we encounter on a regular basis. Time and time again we are called out to emergency situations where roofers have closed a hole on the roof, resulting in an animals being locked in the attic.
A 'HOPEFUL' assumption is made on the part of the roofer that the animals have moved out and are no longer in the attic. The hole on the roof is then mistakenly closed, causing the trapped animals to try and find a way out. As in your situation they sometimes break through the drywall and enter the house. I suppose it is one way to solve an animal problem but not the preferred way. Thank you for complimenting Tony and thank you for hiring Gates Wildlife Control. Brad Gates, B.Sc. Owner / President
