We heard animal sounds in our attic so called Gates Wildlife based on the positive reviews on homestars. We were not disappointed. The booked us for the next earliest appointment and told us what we needed to do ahead of time (since we are the middle of 3 row houses, we had to notify both neighbours that the company would be looking at the exterior of their roof). The technician Joel arrived exactly on time and got right up on the roof to check it out. As expected there were signs of animal entry but not on our roof. He went with us to the neighbours to explain the options and got the go-ahead from them to install the one-way door over the access point. He also prepared an estimate at the same time for the other neighbours to fix their garage which was housing some raccoons as well.
They came back after a few days to check the access points and we really appreciated that they left us an update too even though the work was done on the neighbours roof.
fingers crossed we won't need raccoon removal services again, but we would for sure recommend Gates to others that do!
