A phone call to Brian at Clear View Window Cleaning provided us with exceptional and clear advice as well as prompt and excellent work.
Brian cleaned and repaired our eavestroughs, installed a downspout and a gutter filter, acting very quickly as heavy rains were collecting infront of our basement entrance.
We are extremely pleased with the work provided by Clear View and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Did nice work. The day was cold, and they still worked hard to get my windows clean for summber time. Cleaned all corners and was streak free. Cleaned about 10 windows, and took their time doing it.

Eavestrough Cleaning

Booked a slot online and a team of three arrived at time agreed, 8am sharp. The guys were friendly and efficient and cleaned up thouroughly after the cleaning. They were so flexible, that they also did two of our neighbour's eaves cleaning while they were there.

I'll not hesitate to use Clear View again. Their online estimate calculator also gives an accurate cost estimate.

The above-cited cost was to do two homes side by side (semi-detached). The job done was thorough, professional, and friendly. We appreciate going with a company that has a good reputation, and expertise enough to get to a "tall Victorian level" eaves.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Perhaps take steps to ensure the eaves don't get filled up as much. Related improvements to consider should include draining correctly - i.e. into the garden, not the side of the house.

Company Response: An excellent way to avoid getting so much debris caught in the eaves is to consider Gutter Filter, which in our opinion, is the best eavestrough protection system currently on the market for the money.

Eaves Cleaning

They came at the appointed time. Our eavestrough were clean, but they left a bunch of debris all over our property even had some on the neighbour's, that we had to pick up. Definitely not worth 10 stars.

Company Response: Considering the consistent long list of very high ratings, one must wonder what could have possibly happened in this case. Note that there was no call to us about this in order to even provide an opportunity to rectify the problem. In any case, the fact is that we clean up to the best degree possible. In some cases, because the eavestroughs have been neglected for so long, so much debris has to be removed that it is pretty much impossible to clean them without some debris landing on ground level. This is especially true when the debris consist of liquid mud. While we do try to clean up the debris on the ground, any reasonable person would understand that sometimes it is impossible to clean up such a type of debris perfectly. To avoid such problems, simply do not allow such long periods of time to pass before requesting eavestroughs to be cleaned and therefore reduce the excess amount of muddy debris that can accumulate. When house maintenance is neglected, who's fault is it if some muddy debris can not be completely removed from the ground? Rest assured that we did the best we could under the circumstances. The rest will obviously just wash away in the rain.

Prompt, professional and friendly service, installed gutterfilters on house so not having gone up to look at them myself can't comment specifically on installation quality, but haven't experienced any blockages that I am aware of to date so all appears to be in working order.

Cleaning of evestroughs and windows

I have been using Toronto Clear View for cleaning my eavestroughs and windows for my home in THornhill and my income property in TOronto. THey are reliable, pro-active and their pricing is reasonable. They have always done an exceptional job.

Eavestrough cleaning

Brian and his staff agreed to clean the eavestroughs and install GutterFilter for two attached semis. At our attached neighbour's place they discovered a problem caused by past downspout re-directing. The guys resolved this and completed the job neatly, cheerfully and expertly. Both sides of the building are pleased with the results. And thanks to the GutterFilter, our eavestroughs will remain clean and "sprout-free" for decades to come. Excellent communication during the appointment set-up allowed us to figure out the best plan and convenient times for all of us. We're very happy to recommend Toronto Clear View.

The reasonable cost (which includes installation) really is recovered after avoiding just a few years of eavestrough cleaning. It feels like it was a wise investment in our house.
