I contacted a few highly rated Homestars listed roofing vendors, and Arthur from FOTR was the first to appear to provide an estimate (and during what was a busy rainy period, in fact one highly rated vendor didn't even bother to bid on the job). While his quote was not the cheapest, it seemed to make the most logical sense in terms of thoroughness and longevity of fix. The FOTR team was very professional and polite, and finished the job sooner than expected. And the whole process of communications with the initial call, thorough written quote, invoicing and follow up was quick and made much easier via email with Trish. Highly recommended.

Had water leaking from furnace, Coretemp returned call to answering service immediately, and came over to service the problem the same day (almost had problem fixed before other service firms I had left messages with returned my call!). Problem was identified quickly (low levels of AC freon) and fixed on the spot, by a polite and professional serviceman who explained the problem clearly.

Prompt, professional and friendly service, installed gutterfilters on house so not having gone up to look at them myself can't comment specifically on installation quality, but haven't experienced any blockages that I am aware of to date so all appears to be in working order.
