This was our 3rd round of installations that we have purchased from Brock. Again, top quality product, work and customer service from start to finish. This time, we purchased 2 new windows and had a large living room window converted to a patio door. Very professional company from sales agents (on time, no pressure, covid19 compliant) to installers (on time, clean, friendly, attention to detail). We definitely feel that we made the right decision in replacing all doors and windows in our home over the last 3 years through Brock. Thank you for your service!

Base on a neighbour recommendation and Brock rating at BBB, we chose Brock to do our sliding patio door replacement.
From the initial contact to communicating with the sales rep., the field survey and the installation, everything went smoothly.
The field rep. caught a potential error with the side of door opening. Good job.
The sales rep. explained very well about the options available.
The installer did a very good and neat job.
Above all Brock followed up with a call a couple weeks after the job was completed.

We had to replace a large 8 foot patio door and Steve gave us some good suggestions on different options. He was very patient and despite some delays due to Covid and having a hard time deciding what we wanted, we had our door installed in May. The installer was very professional and did a very neat and tidy job. We would recommend Brock for a quality product at a competitive price.

Brock Doors and Windows did all the windows on our second floor. Our salesperson, Steve, was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and he offered us his experience and what he thought was applicable and good for our house. The installation experience was also amazing. Scott was the installer and he did an excellent, he was clean and precise with the installation. Overall, I don’t think we could’ve had a better experience. We totally recommend them.

Brock Doors and Windows made and installed a custom made patio door for me. I dealt with Steve Morgan who was more than helpful and courteous through every step of the process which was not easy since we were in the middle of a pandemic. our installer, Collin Ropson was extremely good at his craft and was very meticulous at his work. I am a repeat customer for Brock Windows.

I replaced 11 windows in my Mississauga house in 2018 and then moved to Toronto in 2019.

This time I replaced several windows in my 1960 built house. Some windows were more difficult as access and structural challenges required extra effort.

Overall, the installers did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and kept the job site clean.

I will used Brock again, as more old windows will require replacement.

For years I wanted patio doors installed in the tiny 2nd floor den of my townhouse and a deck installed later. I delayed for years knowing it required cutting a larger hole in my house and siding and facia work. Most companies refused to do the job themselves. Brock sent out a very knowledgeable salesman who also does contracting. He knew exactly what I needed and gave many options. Despite COVID, and despite working on the 2nd floor without any deck, they installed my doors and a custom window in ONE DAY. And their clean up was immaculate. I did nothing but hang curtains. LOVE my new doors which bring in so much more light and therefore brighten my entire home.
