Snaked my kitchen sink and used Green Gobbler but the worst clog ever wasnt moving. Called New Canadian at 8:40am and Winford arrived 20 minutes later. Unfortunately even his auger couldnt clear the clog. Turns out my id**t ex-hubby and his contractor buddy installed the drainpipe in our crawl space with a sag so over 10 yrs it accumulated. Winford knew exactly where the clog would be, crawled in my sand-filled crawl space, cut the pipe, cleared it, and replaced. Not even 2 hours later Im typing this with the dishwasher running. Fast, knowledgeable, efficient. Worth every penny.

I have an attached 3 story Townhouse so accessing my eavestroughs is no easy feat. Despite the tight quarters Jessie I had my eaves cleaned and covers installed in only a few hours. Despite the less than ideal working conditions he did it with a smile. Will definitely recommend.

I had squirrels in my walls. Unbelievable. Raider was at my home in a day, found 2 holes in my siding, and explained why and how they got in there, and installed 2 one-way doors. The squirrels were evicted within a day. A few weeks later, when the squirrels stopped scratching and trying to get in, Raider found matching siding and patched the holes. They were fast, neat, and polite. A year later I had to hire them again for a hole in another location. They remembered me and my house, did the work even faster, and reinforced areas where the squirrels might try again. Now that it's obvious my siding needs full replacing Chris at Raider provided me the names of two suppliers. Great local family owned company. Don't hesitate.

For years I wanted patio doors installed in the tiny 2nd floor den of my townhouse and a deck installed later. I delayed for years knowing it required cutting a larger hole in my house and siding and facia work. Most companies refused to do the job themselves. Brock sent out a very knowledgeable salesman who also does contracting. He knew exactly what I needed and gave many options. Despite COVID, and despite working on the 2nd floor without any deck, they installed my doors and a custom window in ONE DAY. And their clean up was immaculate. I did nothing but hang curtains. LOVE my new doors which bring in so much more light and therefore brighten my entire home.

I ordered a bin to be delivered at 10am. At 10:30 I was told it was being dumped and would arrive in an hour. At 12:30pm I called and told them that if it didn't arrive by 1:30 I would cancel. At 2pm I called and cancelled. I explained I was leaving the property for the day so had no use for it any longer. Each conversation was with the same woman. 30 minutes later she called me back while I was driving home. She offered the bin at a lower price for tomorrow. I again explained I no longer need it as I am not at the property until the following week. They charged my credit card, anyway. When I just called to have it reversed I was told to call them again tomorrow (!) because it is after hours. (!)
