Salesman was good, fair and on time. Customer service is terrible. Ordered windows in March 2021 and was told a 8-10 week turn around. Given no updates during lockdown about delays. Had to reach out myself to customer service to get minimal answers. Project coordinator has not returned phone calls or emails for weeks on multiple occasions. Still don't have have installation date and windows not even made yet. It's been 15 weeks. This has now delayed my mainfloor renovation with my contractor which means I am out of my house for at least an additional 2-3 weeks because of this. There have been no explanations given and no one seems in a hurry to address my concerns. I have also emailed Brock Windows customer service email directly and still haven't heard back in 3 days. I'm very disappointed as I've used them in the past and as a returning loyal customer I thought I would have been treated more fairly. I will not be using them for future projects again after this experience.

Installation of three glass 6 x 9 foot window

I hired Brock Windows to install a large 6 foot by 9 foot window in my living room. It is triple glass. The window looks great, also great quality, I feel the difference - living room is warmer. Finally the installers were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Brock Windows.

Window Seal Leak

We hired Brock to replace all windows in our home several years ago. Within that time we had to replace about 7-8 windows at the front of the house due to air seal leaks which became very visible (full of fog). The windows were under warranty, except for one. We now have another one that has lost it's seal and the window has fogged up. Other things that don't work well are the locks on the patio doors. They don't grab the latch on the door and constantly need adjusting. They feel cheap.

My mother went with another company a few years before we replaced ours and has not had one issue with her widows, seals, locks, caulking etc. She lives right next door to us. I'm disappointed with quality of North Star windows which I was told was of upmost quality. We spent about Twenty Five thousand dollars on the project

All the Windows and patio door were installed by Brock windows Whitby location. Was a great experience from beginning to end. Rick our sales rep really helped us see the options for our home and worked with us to get everything we wanted. Kyle and Craig did the install and took care of all of our questions throughout. We required a replacement screen so Steve and Scott took care the after purchase experience as well!

When you purchase windows and the company has a warranty this is the experience you should expect!

Don’t order windows from Brock!

I ordered windows & waited almost a month for them to come & re-measure in order to actually order the windows. I ended up cancelling my order & going with someone else. Now I’ve been waiting another two weeks to get my deposit back & getting no responses to my emails & voicemails.

I’ve now wasted almost 6 weeks in getting my windows replaced!

Terrible customer service!!

6 (beds/kitch/bath) main level bungalow double sliders. Windows function fine but there were several unexpected issues; I think they were too small - ended up with random/extra inside trim so now the blinds stick out almost 3/4in than before, slight draft from some, Left slider is 3/4in smaller on all sides than right - all windows, Random vertical bar in center of all screens, Floors had to be cleaned after - shortage of runners & guys came back in house with boots on after install!!, garbage from an entire window left on site, no CS follow-up.

Door replacement

Terrible - DO NOT use Brock. They delivered my new doors with the wrong measurements. After cutting out the existing doors, the installer was unable to get the new doors in (note that they subcontract out installation). Essentially Brock left me with door that are wedged in, not properly caulked, time unfinished, not insulated and leaking. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!
