Replaced four windows using Brock Windows and very pleased with the service and product I received. Dorian was very helpful and didn`t pressure me. Install took place in a timely manner and the installers did an excellent job. I bought the triple pane windows and very happy with the results. My biggest concern with windows is during the winter, when condensation builds up on the interior side of the windows. Getting triple pane windows has all but eliminated this.

Only negative I can think of is the caulking used on the windows smells quite a bit. Seeing as the windows were done in December it is difficult to air out the house with it being cold outside. A caulking with lower VOC`s would be better for the interior application.
