First of all I want to say that I did a lot of research on my own and it really does pay off. I had quotes from smaller companies which were quoting us roughly 5 grand less than Brock's price but I found that the window industry is all about the rating any company with higher ratings were in this price range while some which I wont name went as high as 15 grand. Brock was friendly, there installers were friendly and great guys would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to add 2 more windows to the job and the sales gave us the same discount and promotions a month later, great service!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- rather than having their installers say we wont touch this and we wont touch that, the company needs to communicate properly with alarm companies and customers regarding such.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- do your research, Brock comes highly recommended for a reason.
