We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Brock Doors and Windows.
The installation work done by Mykola was exceptional. He was meticulous, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. The final result is fantastic, and we are very happy with how the windows look and function. His trim work is impeccable. Upon completion of the job his team did a thorough cleanup of the site and left our home spotless.
In addition, we owe a big thank you to Phil, who stayed with us through every step of the process. As with any large renovation, there can be minor issues. Whenever such issues arose, Phil stepped in and took charge of the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was sorted out, and we genuinely appreciate his dedication and support. He kept us informed every step of the way.
In summary, the excellent work by Mykola and the commitment shown by Phil made the experience a very positive one.
