Very pleased with windows, but slow response time
I ordered windows for about a third of my house. The quality of the windows in fantastic and for that reason I would definitely recommend again. I was a little disappointed after placing my order to find out that some of what the salesman said could be done, could in fact not be done, but after some push they did provide me with a rebate to compensate me for that. All but one of my windows was installed in the expected timeframe. One window arrived in the wrong colour and three months later I am still waiting for an update on it (with no compensation for the delay -ordered in April). With all that said, while customer service definitely doesn't go above and beyond, the initial instal team was amazing and the windows are great so far so I would still recommend them.
