I had a door installed in April. Installation team was very good and door is nice but they did not have trim for the inside of my house at the time of installation.
Since then it has been horrendous customer service. Most emails and enquiries are completely ignored. After months of trying and many calls and email I was finally told the trim would be here and installed in early August. That date came and went with no word from Brock Doors and Windows.
I am now told the trim won't arrive and be installed until the end of September. I will have had an ugly unfinished door in my house for 5 months by then... and highly doubt it will be fixed at that time given what's happened so far.
