Honesty and trust are the qualities that Frank and his team exude when you first approach them for advice on a project. My most recent project involved finishing my basement. Of course I left the electrical work to Frank and his team because they have done reliable work in the rest of my house in the past (a friend referred them). They provided me with a reasonable quote for the work that had to be done in the basement. Frank pulled a permit which is something I truly appreciate; I like to know that a true PROFESSIONAL is doing honest work in my home so that future headaches can be avoided. He took time to EXPLAIN what he was doing so that a) I would know how important he regards safety b) I could feel comfortable in knowing he wanted to be transparent about all the steps the work required and why.
