We had a need in our home to replacement old fluorescent and incandescent light fixtures in our basement and our garage. I contacted Aaron with these lighting projects and he responded back to us promptly. Aaron took the time to listen to our project needs that included where the lights needed to be installed and that we would like LED lighting that was brighter and more energy efficient than the previous fixtures. Aaron came up with some great suggestions and after talking to his Supplier provided costs that I found very reasonable. Aaron showed up on time for each lighting project and took the time to show me the new LED light fixtures that he was installing. Aaron and his partner took the time to ensure that the lighting fixtures were installed correctly and made any adjustments to keep them as straight as possible. Once installed Aaron tested the new light fixtures to make sure that they worked correctly and even took extra time to hid as many visible wires as possible in the light fixtures so that they are not visible. They cleaned up after their work was completed and made sure that I was happy with how they looked and how they provided better light for our basement and garage. We are really impressed with the work that Aaron performed for us and we will be contacting him with any future electrical projects that we need completed at our home.

I contacted Josh about installing new shut-off valves and a new sump pump for our house. Josh responded promptly to both requests. He took the time to fully explain the procedure with replacing our shut-off valves including how to contact the Region of Halton to shut off the water to our home. With his guidance, working with the Region staff was very easy. Josh showed up on time to replace the shut-off valves and worked directly with the Region Technician to both shut off the water and then to turn it back on as soon as possible to minimize disruption to our house. His installation of the new main shut-off valve as well as the two shut-off valves for our outdoor taps was excellent and he took the time to clean up any mess from the installation and showed me how each new shut-off valve worked. Josh also showed up on time to install our new sump pump and took the time to explain the work involved. After the installation was completed he cleaned up the work area and fully explained to me how the new submersible sump pump worked as well as the new check valve including testing it if required. We are very impressed with the work performed by Josh on both of these plumbing projects that our house required and will be contacting him for any future plumbing needs.

I contacted Better Contracting Services to come and replace our roof vents as we had snow get into our attic through the originals that our builder installed. Their Sales Representative Paul, arrived promptly during the scheduled time and quickly took the information that I gave him about our roof vent problem. He suggested some better roof vents that they could install. The quote was very reasonable including replacing 8 roof vents for the attich and two bathroom vents. Scheduling the work was very easy with Debbie in their Customer Service Team and even though we had to reschedule the work because of a conflict they were accomodating with the new date. However, to my pleasant surprise, Better Contracting came five days early to do the work! They finished everything with two hours and there was no mess for me to clean up around the house. The new vents look great! They were even quite accomodating about payment for the work. They were fine with a delay in payment until their accountant returned from vacation! This is definitely a excellent company and I found doing business with them to be terrific experience! I would use them again for any future roofing needs that I have with our house.
