I didnt know if it was going to be a simple fix or a complicated fix. Ali cut his diagnosis price rate as he was smart to pair my job with another job down the street. When it turned out to be a simple fix after all. He cut the rate further. This is the electrician I will keep using. Thanks Ali!

He showed up on time and did the job. I told him I was cost conscious and I have no complaints on anything.

My dryer would spin but no heat came out. Sergei came on short notice and on time. Usually, if I fix an appliance I want it to be good for another five years. Or else might as well buy a new one. Sergei opened up the dryer recommended the parts to be replaced by showing me the problems each part had. I agreed to replace parts that could break in the near future as well. Dryer works fine now and I think it should be good for a few years based on what I saw in there.

I've always looked for a team that could clean my eavestroughs and elbows in a cost efficient manner. I'd either get someone cheap that didn't do the job or someone who did the job for a ton of money. My house has two very simple 10 feet troughs and 2 elbows. I believe Trevor and his team will be the people I go with from now on. They did the job for less money and everything works well. I didn't feel like I was asking much, Richview was the only team that managed to do it and I've been looking for over ten years.

I was a bit nervous about the work, but Asif and his crew came in and made the changes while improving the setup (relocated the AC unit for instance reducing the wiring distance by 2/3). Have not used the furnace yet, but so far the AC is working to spec and I have no hesitation recommending them. And I'm the type of person that doesn't just write junk up to be polite. I had certain requirements in mind, and I know I paid a little more for Carrier units because I believe the brand name is based on strong fundamentals. Asif's team answered all of my questions while installing and everything was professionally done.
