The wait for our couch was about 3 months- this was definitely a problem since we didn't have any furniture to sit on to begin with. However, Bobby offered a loaner couch to be delivered free of charge for the waiting period. Customer service was good. Just make sure you have pictures of what you would like to have done, when getting a customized couch. Although we were pleased with what we got in the end, the bench seat was different than what was originally though. Use pictures and physical examples for the best outcome. Overall, we would buy from Welco Furniture again!
