I have large difficult to get to windows in a two story house. Last year I had student painters stain my house, and unfortunately my windows. Once I decided to use Heights Residential, they were out in a few days, Derrick introduced himself, explained how badly my windows had been compromised (they were the opposite of see through), and why he would have to charge me extra to razor the stain off. It was completed beautifully. He asked me to check all the windows before he left to ensure I was satisfied. I was verrry happy.

I have been using Heights Residential for years, even when it started as See through Windows. They are prompt, professional, helpful and they do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
