They made a hard job look easy. Stepan and the team are remarkable. They don't cut corners, are honest and dependable. They are there to answer any questions you may have and explain the steps from start to finish. This was a large project for them, one of the largest they've ever done. We needed to make a flat roof sloped to 2-4 degrees. It was no easy feat and took 3 weeks from start to finish, weekends included. Every day they cleaned up the worksite, without me asking. They respected the material which many contractors do not. This means not stepping on or damaging any completed work. Stepan and team spent 2-4 weeks planning this roof out taking samples out without even bringing up getting paid one dollar. You would be hard pressed to find a better crew to work with.

I purchased a garage door from Lui back in February. I paid the deposit in February to secure the installation yet it was only installed end of May. We set an installation date but they kept on delaying it. After rescheduling three times, they come to install the door but forget the motor. They informed me that they would come the next day, they never did and I needed to follow up three more times to finally get them back to finish the install. 2 weeks later, they finally install the motor, liftmaster 8500, but it doesnt work. I call them to come and fix it which they try to but have to wait another 2 weeks. The first service tech couldn't figure it out, the second service tech found that the first service tech cut a wire. Even after two visits it's still not fixed and now they ignore me. Stay away from this company, they are shady, unreliable and overpriced. I made the mistake of listening to my GC and using this company. I learned my lesson but hopefully I can help whoever is reading this to think twice.
