Well... decided to get my liner changed and installed by pioneer. Worst decision ever. Today was the 4th time they tried to fix a wrinkle in the liner .(liner was installed a year ago initially) nothing looks fixed and they just left and started filling up the pool like it was done. I asked one of their installers (peter) to have a look under the liner and to properly reinstall it since the entire bottom of the pool looks bumpy and not smooth. Looks like crap. He assured me they will re-trowel the sand underneath and that they will remove the rock I pointed to him that was stuck under the liner. Well I came home today. Bottom of the pool still bumpy and looks like crap. Rock is still there and wrinkle... still there. Save your money . Go somewhere else. I will be seeking legal advice if this doesnt get addressed asap. I suspect entire liner needs to be replaced because they measured it too big for my pool ..hence the wrinkle that wont go away. This is the 3rd time I had to drain my pool for nothing .
