Kiai and his team are AMAZING!!! They are second to none. Kiai is a natural leader who guides, coaches, and supports his team with respect, gentleness and kindness. They go above and beyond to ensure that the items being moved are properly and carefully packaged for transport. My most recent move (yesterday) was from my place of business to a storage unit. They did what appeared to be impossible to me with so much ease and poise. They utilized the space in the storage units very well as they positioned the carefully wrapped furniture (including clothing racks, slatwalls, filing cabinet, wrap desks etc.) for safe storage. They understand and anticipate the needs of their clients. They are well prepared for any moving job. They literally swept one of my storage units and picked up loose paper. Kiai even went the extra mile to dissemble clothing racks for me. They valued my belongings as I value them and treated them with such care. The entire team was just so respectful, warm, approachable and professional. They sustained their professionalism from hello to goodbye. Kiai is an outstanding leader and observing him as he communicated with and instructed his team spoke volumes about his character. He was consistently composed, well-spoken, strategic in planning the positioning of furniture for the best storage, relaxed and simply put me at ease (on a very stressful day). Anytime Movers moved my furniture from Red Deer to Calgary. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism they displayed from the outset. They treated me and my belongings with utmost respect and kindness. Everything made it to the new destination in one piece. Max and his team made sure that the atmosphere remained positive and upbeat for the duration of the move. The team had an outstanding work relationship that made the move less stressful for them and for me as well. Transporting my car was not a usual request for them but they did. This was quite helpful for me as I had just completed several night shifts while packing for the move and was worried about my ability to safely drive to my new home. They arranged for a member of the team to drive my car! I felt safe and pampered. Additionally, when we arrived at the new location, they spent the time to put the furniture together and arrange them in their respective places. They literally set up each room for me. As a single woman that was priceless! I will definitely be using their services for my next move. I usually call things as they are and they are simply the best!!!
