The technician, Edgar, from Lea Appliance Repair was very professional. He was prompt, explained the problem, recommended a solution and outlined the cost of the repair. Although he did not have the part readily available, he stated that he could get the part within a few hours and was accurate to that time. He was polite, clean and also recommended a cleaning method for the oven.
