Greeted at the door by a CSR and directed to the area where the patio tables were on display. Choose one and had a CSR help bring it to the front to pay for it and then they helped load it into the car. They were very helpfull.

When I phoned them they were very helpfull, told me I should come down and see what they have. picked out a gas fireplace and they could install within a week. seemed very knowlegable about there products and costs involved in running and maintaining the fireplace.
